JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for securing company facilities, employees, and assets by enforcing security protocols and monitoring safety measures.

· Patrol premises regularly to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism, and inspect personnel and vehicles entering/exiting the facility.

· Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems (Casi-Rusco), fire panels, and door hardware.

· Coordinate with external contractors for equipment repairs, track maintenance records, and manage equipment warranties or inventories.

· Respond promptly to emergencies (fires, medical incidents, security breaches) and cooperate with law enforcement or legal representatives when necessary.

· Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain key and access records, track departmental expenses, and assist with non-exempt employee attendance tracking.

· Adhere strictly to company safety, health policies, and adapt flexibly to shift work and overtime schedules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (technical, IT, or security-related certificates are strongly preferred).

· 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial security or security systems maintenance.

· Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel) along with high proficiency in operating and troubleshooting monitoring and access control systems.

· Strong problem-solving, observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· High degree of honesty, alertness, responsibility, and physical fitness to stand/walk for extended periods and work in various conditions.
