PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The EIT 2026 Program is built as a collaborative springboard for driven young talents who strongly align with Jabil's core values. The focus of this program is on finding the "best fit"—individuals ready to step out of their comfort zones, embrace hands-on experience, and develop the practical skills needed to become an integral part of the team. Through 12 months of intensive training, candidates will build a solid foundation for their future and unlock "A World of Possibilities."

AVAILABLE TRACKS & JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Engineering & Project

· EIT – TE Engineer: Optimize testing processes, troubleshoot hardware/software interfaces, and maintain test equipment for product reliability. (Requirement: Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.)

· EIT – QE Engineer: Monitor product quality standards, conduct root cause analysis (CAPA), and implement quality improvement initiatives. (Requirement: Degree in Engineering; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.)

· EIT – ME Engineer: Support mechanical fixture design, oversee tooling maintenance, and troubleshoot production equipment issues. (Requirement: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.)

· EIT – IE Engineer: Optimize manufacturing processes, conduct time studies, and improve production layouts for maximum operational efficiency. (Requirement: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.)

2. Supply Chain

· EIT – Inventory Analyst: Monitor stock accuracy, analyze excess/obsolete materials, and manage inventory databases using ERP tools. (Requirement: Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.)

· EIT – Planner: Analyze production demand, develop master schedules, and coordinate cross-functionally to meet output targets. (Requirement: Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or Operations.)

· EIT – Buyer: Execute purchase orders, negotiate delivery terms with suppliers, and resolve material shortages. (Requirement: Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or Economics.)

3. Human Resources

· EIT – HR Generalist (TA): Source candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and support employer branding campaigns. (Requirement: Degree in Human Resources, International Business, or related fields.)

· EIT – HR Generalist (L&D): Coordinate training programs, track employee development metrics, and support continuous learning initiatives across the plant. (Requirement: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Education.)

· EIT – HR Generalist (Tech & Data): Maintain HR systems, analyze workforce data, generate reports, and support the digitization of HR processes. (Requirement: Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems; high proficiency in Excel and data visualization.)

Yêu cầu công việc

· Fresh graduates (less than 1 year of working experience) available for full-time employment.

· GPA of 7/10; 2.5/4 or equivalent.

· Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).

· Proactive mindset, strong willingness to learn, and high adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
