- Objective: To present, promote, and coordinate the sale of the company’s products to customers in line with company policies, strategies, and departmental guidelines. Additionally, act as a company representative, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Main Responsibility: Build relationships with retailers to present the company’s profile and product offerings effectively.
- Identify and expand the retail customer base to ensure consistent growth and market coverage.
- Gather and report key customer feedback and visit summaries to ensure team alignment.
- Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Explore and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities in the retail industry.
- Developing marketing and sales strategies to achieve retail sales targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Admin, Planning, and Logistics teams to manage order processing and delivery schedules for retail customers.
- Handle any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the Deputy Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proven working experience in furniture, interior design or decorative construction material industry is preferable.
- Connection with prospective customer.
- Knowledge & Skills: Good interpersonal skills and have creativity.
- Presentation Skills.
- Good English written and verbal communication.
- Working relationship/ Coordination: Customer, Sales Coordinator, Factory, Account.
- Supervisor : Deputy Manager-Sales and Marketing.
