Sea Operation Staff

- Handle booking/document; arrange trucking related to shipping activities by sea for both import/export cargo, mainly focus sea export.

- Liaise with customers, agents to follow up their needs.

- Track and tracing cargo, billing to customer on-time.

- Solve customers’ inquiry timely and follow up working process.

- Other tasks required by Managers.

- Under 5 years of experience in Forwarding/ Logistics Company

- Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation

- Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure

- Good communication and presentation skills
