Air Operation Staff

• Handle booking/document related to shipping activities by air for both import and export cargo

• Liaise with customers, agents to send D/O, bill, booking, debit note and other related document

• Track and tracing domestic trucks and cargo schedule

• Solve customers' inquiry timely and follow up working process

• Other task required by the superiors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an Air Forwarding/Logistics company

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: foreign trade, economics, international trade, transportation)

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure

• Proficient in MS Office

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling air freight operations for actual customer (factories/manufacturers) preferred
