Training Enhancement:
Support in finalizing the design of specific learning content, curriculum, and learning pathways to meet the needs of the Business Unit and address market issues (scenarios, activities, training situations).
Update and refine training content and training programs (including those on E-Learning)
Ensure the implementation of training programs, training activities, projects, and training courses as required by superiors
Training Evaluation:
Collect and categorize feedback data for Training Needs Analysis and Training Effectiveness for the Business Unit
Participate in the overall TNA process as required
Analyze survey results and assess training needs to propose a Training Program to meet the needs of the Business Unit
Training Delivery:
Conduct effectively training / coaching sessions for sales on Training Roadmap
Other tasks in Sales Training Department: Logistics, Training Management, Branding, Content.
Bachelor Graduate, major in Training, Education, Social Science, Banking, Finance or Business Administration
Understanding of sales / collection of Banking/Consumer Finance/Insurance is a plus
At least 01 years’ experiences in Training area or similar fields
Good command of English
Strong in training facilitating and professional presentation skill
Strong in building and motivating team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint
Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, videos
Experience using design tools is a plus (Canva, Photoshop,…etc.)
