• Review Formal and No-formal pre-costs in NTIS (ERP system name).

• Compare pre-costs with marker consumption, fabric and trim offers, purchase orders, quantities, specifications, prices, and amounts.

• Perform the final review of purchase closing, vendor registration, and buyer debit transactions.

• Supervise NTIS shipment records, shipment documents, buyer submissions, and correction of discrepancies.

• Manage freight settlements, logistics cost reports, rate analysis, and payment requests.

• Monitor buyer collections, overdue payments, monthly sales, claims, shortages, and airfreight costs.

• Review the comparison between approved pre-costs and actual final costs.

• Supervise team’s member and establish proper local control procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Hands-on sales, merchandising, or sales-support experience at a garment or apparel company.

• Practical experience with pre-costing, fabric and trim purchasing, purchase orders, and shipment processes.

• Ability to identify incorrect quantities, specifications, prices, costs, or documents.

• Good ERP and Excel skills and the ability to coordinate with sales, factories, logistics, and accounting teams.

• Sufficient experience to supervise two employees and take ownership of issue resolution.

Candidates with only general purchasing, logistics, or administrative experience should not be prioritized.
