- Partner with clients to understand their organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to their unique goals.
- Conduct surveys to identify organizational challenges for client companies.
- Propose organizational improvement strategies based on identified strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide hands-on support to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Japanese: N1 Level (Don't need certificate/ Ability to conduct business conversations and write emails in Japanese)
- At least 1 year of professional work experience (new graduates with strong motivation are also welcome)
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in organization and human resources, business development.
