Tuyển dụng Sales & Operation Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh

You will be responsible for overseas in Vietnam country growth and report to Malaysia HQ, this includes but not limited to:

• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.

• Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly / annual reports.

• In charge of full spectrum of sales, customer service, operations and P&L control with clear mandate of generating business growth in local market.

• Develop new avenues of business with existing and new business partners.

• Identify new markets and develop new strategies that capitalize on the growth opportunities.

• Drive productivity to maximize resource utilization. Plan, lead, manage and monitor resources on a day-to-day basis.

• Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.

• Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.

• Reporting to HQ in planning and executing new business project.

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, in Business / related fields or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in retails, sales, operations and/ or marketing is required.

• Ability to communicate in English and as required to report to the Malaysia headquarters.

• A good knowledge base of the country/ region.

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management and leadership.

• Must be coming from retail background.

• Possess openness to ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change and influence on others.

• Professional attitude and appearance.

• Be a self-starter, possessing a passion for excellence and a proven ability to initiate change and continuously seek improvement.
