Sales Officer (Aeon Mall Long Bien - 635)

AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.

In the near future, we plan to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer:

- Work location: Aeon Mall Long Bien office, 2nd FIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi

- Working time: On average 5 days/ week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts/ month), OFF days not fixed on weekends, and required to work on some public holidays.

- Report to: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary: Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell SC’s products and services within an assigned category, or list of customer accounts to meet sales targets.

1. Follow the sales plan to achieve sales target in assigned catergory 25%

2. Frequently visit existing tenants and new tenants to provide timely support, discuss about product display, staff’s performance, corporated events for smooth daily operation 20%

3. Lease storage, signage & lots following budget and under regulation. 15%

4. Check sales of tenants & chase bad debts to prevent tenants’ sales violation 10%

5. Conduct survey to gain awareness of competitor and market trend 10%

6. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports. 10%

7. Prepare sales report and meeting handling for Tenants 5%

8. Other task as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

+) Bachelor’s degree;

+) Having 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Consulting, Sales;

+) Good communication in English & Vietnamese;

+) Ability to work in team and analyze data;

+) Willing to work in shift.
