Sales Support:
Process incoming orders, provide product information for eyewear (acetate, metal, plastic), and coordinate with the technical sample department to track delivery status.
Marketing Management:
Manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Website) to enhance OKIA's brand image and manufacturing capabilities.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with technical teams to photograph new samples and design basic marketing collateral such as catalogs and company profiles.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain communication with existing partners to gather feedback on product quality and improve service processes.
Event Coordination:
Provide logistical support for industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and internal company events like the Annual Dinner.
Market Analysis:
Monitor global eyewear trends and competitor activities to propose suitable marketing strategies to the Board of Directors.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
* Strong content writing and storytelling skills with a modern aesthetic sense.
Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Fluent in English or Chinese to communicate with international clients and foreign management.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Administration, or Brand Management.
Qualities:
Creative, proactive, and highly organized in managing product data and visual assets.
