Sales & Marketing Director HCM (Garment/Textile|English)

- Expand market presence by making business strategy and improving the performance of the USA & EU team with competent knowledge of vertical production (spinning, weaving, knitting, sewing, dyeing).
- Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & profitability targets.
- Build strong client relationships and develop new buyers.
- Collaborate with merchandising, production & supply chain teams for seamless order execution.
- Manage and develop teams with proper capability to serve company business strategy.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile/Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales management in textile & garment industry.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong background in the knit garment industry for the EU/USA market.
- Ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
