- Consult international customers through WhatsApp, Email, and other online channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare quotations and customize travel itineraries.
- Follow up leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build long-term relationships with B2B partners and direct customers.
- Continuously improve your sales skills and customer experience.

What You Need
- Vietnamese nationality.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Inbound Travel Sales.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sales with a performance-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, responsible and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working toward sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
