Sales Executive (Site Development) - Hà Nội/Đà Nẵng - Lương Cơ Bản 20 - 25 Triệu

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our growing team in Vietnam.
Working location:
Hanoi: 1 headcount
Da Nang: 1 headcount (remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential sites for business expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and business partners.
- Approach decision makers and manage opportunities from initial contact to signed agreement.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and site launch.
- Support business growth through new partnership opportunities.

Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and target orientation.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
