Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and support business discussions
• Prepare quotations and related sales documents
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requests
• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure smooth communication
• Support the Japanese manager in daily sales activities
• Other assigned tasks related to sales support and customer service
Trách nhiệm chính
• Giao tiếp với khách hàng nói tiếng Hàn và hỗ trợ các cuộc thảo luận kinh doanh
• Chuẩn bị báo giá và các tài liệu bán hàng liên quan
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ để hỗ trợ yêu cầu của khách hàng
• Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng và đảm bảo giao tiếp thông suốt
• Hỗ trợ quản lý người Hàn trong các hoạt động bán hàng hàng ngày
• Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao liên quan đến hỗ trợ bán hàng và dịch vụ khách hàng

Yêu cầu công việc

• Chinese proficiency: HSK 5 or above
• English Proficiency: Good at communicating
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome
• Willingness to learn and develop in sales/business support
