Job Description

As a Junior Workspace & Moving Services Consultant, you will support sales activities across storage and moving services, working closely with senior team members to convert leads, deliver proposals, and provide excellent customer experience.

This role is ideal for candidates early in their career who are eager to develop in sales and client management.

The Core Responsibilities Of The Role Include

• Support lead generation and follow up on sales enquiries

• Participate in client meetings and in-home consultations

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Build and maintain relationships with customers

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients

• Positive, proactive, and willing-to-learn attitude

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Basic knowledge of sales process; CRM experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
