Sales Executive

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
• Promote and sell company products and services within assigned markets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands; report updates to the Sales Manager.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, quotations, and provide basic technical support when required.
• Arrange product presentations, product trials, or technical tests for customers when necessary.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up activities to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including customer feedback, competitor activities, collections, and improvement proposals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for logistics planning and order follow-up.
• Monitor customer payments and credit limits to ensure timely collection.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and other activities assigned by Management.
• Comply with company policies, ISO requirements, safety regulations, PPE usage, and 5S practices.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• At least 1 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related positions.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits or business activities when required.
