Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ho Chi Minh City, with visits to Phan Thiet plant when needed
Be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Identify customer needs, delivery effective sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional service.
Order and shipment arrangement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure international client satisfaction and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and market trends.
Drive with customers for factory visit or other transportation when needed
Manage social media
Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Strong communication and presentation skills to build lasting client relationships.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage time and priorities.
Knowledge of the screws, fasteners, or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Have car driving license
Fluency in English; Chinese is a plus.
