Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a technically capable Sales Engineer to support project-based sales activities in the commercial laundry industry. This role involves working closely with clients across various sectors such as laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and other B2B facilities to deliver tailored laundry system solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide consultation on commercial laundry system solutions for projects including laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and other B2B facilities

- Support sales activities by managing customer accounts, scheduling site visits, and conducting project surveys

- Recommend suitable commercial laundry equipment and system configurations based on project requirements

- Supervise installation processes at project sites and provide technical support when required

- Understand internal processes and deliver accurate market insights and project evaluations

- Monitor and report project progress and sales activities to the manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or technical sales

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications

- Good technical knowledge of equipment/ system design and installation are preferred

- Good command of English

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively

- Trustworthy, well-organized, and capable of handling confidential information
