Technical Trainer - Chuyên Viên Đào Tạo và Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật Sửa Chữa

1. Technical Support:

• Research new product lines to understand the structure and repair process.

• Create warranty newsletters, update technical information for the KTV network.

• Learn and provide solutions to difficult, complex errors.

• Supports a wide range of products: REF (refrigerator), WM (washing machine), AC (air conditioner), AP (air purifier), AV (audio-visual equipment), AO (microwave oven), DW (dishwasher).

2. Technician Training:

• Design and implement training courses for technician networks on repair procedures,

warranties and technical standards.

• Directly teach, guide troubleshooting skills and improve skills.

3. Document Development:

• Prepare textbooks, documents, and reports using Excel.

• Compose lectures and training slides using PowerPoint.

4. Performance Tracking:

• Monitor the work results of KTV, give feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Inter-departmental coordination: Work closely with HQ R&D and related departments to ensure

consistency on technical standards and repair procedures.

• Other tasks under the direction of the Leader

Yêu cầu công việc

- Hold an education degree in Engineering/Electrical-Electronics

- Have knowledge in repair/warranty

- Approximately 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical field.

- Excel & PowerPoint proficiency is essential

- Average English communication skill is desirable (~ TOEIC 500)
