ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, contractors, end users.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Promote company products and solutions to customers in industrial sectors.

• Prepare quotations, technical-commercial proposals, and follow up on projects.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Yêu cầu công việc

PREREQUISITES

• Degree / Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical Electronics Engineering

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience in gearmotors, gearboxes, motors, drives, automation, or industrial equipment is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/customers.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development

• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills in English & Vietnamese
