We have two open positions available: one will work in Ho Chi Minh City Office and one will work in Hanoi Office.

This role focuses on preparing quotations (excel & system),contracts and providing administrative support to the Sales team:

• Develop timely accurate quotations in compliance with company standards of procedures (SOPs)

• Priorly propose stock available items while doing quotations

• Thoroughly understand terms of sales contract, and assist in drafting contract

• Assist in processing orders placed by customers

• Assist in tracking and following up on backorder items

• Contacts suppliers regarding products information and pricing.

• Strictly keep confidential the company information obtained during employment such as pricing, costing, source and suppliers, business plans.

• Support other administrative tasks for sales

Yêu cầu công việc

o Working experience in hospitality is an advantage

o Female candidate only

o Preferably with 1 year of related experience, open for fresher

o Proactive, meticulous and positive attitude.

o Proficient in MS Office especially Excel will be advantageous

o Organized and committed to meet critical timeline and reporting requirements
