Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping experience while helping customers find products that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.

• Demonstrate product features and provide accurate product information.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized sales floor.

• Replenish merchandise and ensure products are properly displayed according to company standards.

• Receive, unpack, check, and count stock deliveries.

• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory management.

• Support promotional activities, in-store events, and visual merchandising.

• Work closely with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Ensure excellent after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.

• Retail sales experience is an advantage, but candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
