- Targeted Prospecting & Lead Identification: Research small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and high-growth brands across Australia, SEA, and global markets to identify brands with high growth potential.
- Pre-Pitch Digital Audits: Conduct preliminary high-level reviews of prospective clients’ current digital footprint (e.g., checking basic SEO metrics, active social ads, or website usability) to support sales pitches.
- Sales Collateral & Proposal Support: Assist in building tailored pitch decks, proposal documents, and scope-of-work outlines highlighting Artemis Digital’s service capabilities (SEO, GEO, Paid Ads, Web Design).
- CRM & Pipeline Operations: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot), logging prospect interactions, updating deal stages, and tracking pipeline activity.
- Client Outreach Support: Draft personalized, value-led outreach emails and assist with LinkedIn networking sequences to engage target decision-makers.
- Meeting Support & Follow-Ups: Participate in prospective client discovery calls, take structured notes, organize action items, and help prepare post-meeting follow-up materials.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Passion: A genuine interest in how modern agencies drive online growth—familiarity with digital channels (SEO, PPC, Social Ads, Web Design) is a big advantage.
- Strong written and verbal English skills; able to communicate professionally with business owners and marketing managers.
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable—someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving agency setting.
