Se Joong Trading Company is a leading supplier of sustainable outdoor fabric. We own fabric manufacturing facilities in China and operate a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are committed to providing high-quality textile solutions to global brands through innovation, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from order confirmation to delivery.

• Coordinate with our headquarters in China to ensure smooth order execution and provide timely updates to customers.

• Support customers with new fabric developments, including lab dips, strike-offs, samples, and other development requests.

• Monitor all stages of the order process and report progress to the Leader and Sales Manager.

• Maintain and update customer records and databases.

• Follow up on shipment schedules, product quality, and payment status.

• Attend meetings with existing and prospective customers and suppliers to support business development.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and coordinate with relevant teams to provide effective solutions.

• Travel to China occasionally for business meetings and factory visits.

• Support the daily operations of the company store when needed, and conduct weekly warehouse visits to verify inventory and ensure stock accuracy.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Leader and Sales Manager.

• Bachelor'

• Bachelor's degree in any major.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, merchandising, or a related field.

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of textiles or fabrics is an advantage but not required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and responsible attitude.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Two Saturdays off per month
