Sales Admin (FMCG)/Business Assistant

Key Responsibilities

- Process and monitor sales orders accurately and efficiently.

- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Maintain and update customer, sales, and inventory data.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Support sales activities, promotions, and trade marketing campaigns.

- Track sales performance and assist in achieving business targets.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the Sales team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, Customer Service, or FMCG industry.

- Strong Excel and reporting skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Distribution, GT/MT channels is a plus.
