Tuyển dụng Sales Admin Executive - Local Business Division tại Hà Nội

1. Support front marketing staff:

· Quotation preparation

· Deal with Business Processing & accounting for Policy & Invoice issuance

· Send document to client & follow up

· Document filling

· Premium collection

· Other tasks that may be assigned by line management.

2. Co-ordination with other Divisions:

· Cooperate with Business Processing Division for policy issuance

· Cooperate with Accounting and Finance Division for invoice issuance & outstanding premium

· Cooperate with Claims Divisions for claim process

· To coordinate with other Divisions/Department for all related jobs or in closed coordination with other Divisions/Departments for special events organized by Company.

3. Reports

· Outstanding premium report management

· Loss Ratio report management

· Timely prepare other periodic reports as required by front marketing staff

· Other assigned task by Line Management(s)

4. Other office work as required by the Company

QUALIFICATIONS:

· University/College Graduation.

· Good at English.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

· Strong service minded.

· Understand working procedure & flow chart.

· Be highly aware of requirement to be professional to provide high-quality service to clients.

· Communication skills

· Good at Microsoft Office

EXPERIENCE:

· At least 2 years’ experience in related field(s).
