Sales Admin

1. Support sales team in achieving sales targets (revenue & margin profit).
2. Take the role as co-ordinator between sales team and manufacturing dept. to solve orders, stock and goods delivery.
3. Handle all customer's inquiries about product, quality and timline of delivery.
4. Prepare documents (specs, quotations, product selection) for project sales.
5. Take responsibilities and offer solution related to complaint of product.
6. Any assigned by superior.
·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Business Management or related field.
·       Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
·        Self-driven, goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset and able to perform under pressure
