Sales Admin

- Serve as a primary business contact with the customers and take responsible for customer’s satisfaction.
- Ability to expand the potential customer base is a strong plus.
- Maintain close relationship with current customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and follow the progress.
- Follow up progress of project and do prompt action to ensure it on schedule, meet customer’s demand.
- Other work assigned by Head of Department.

- Bachelor’s Degree: Either economics / Business Administration / IT / Telecommunication and Electronics...
- Experience in sales and knowledge of IT field are advantages.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English or Japanese language skills are a plus (minimum requirement: reading and email communication proficiency).
- Careful, dynamic, enthusiastic and hard working.
- Must be able to work in team, good spirit, take initiatives and under high pressure.
