Sale Staff

Job responsibilities

1. Follow up with existing customers:

- Prepare quotations (QTNs)

- Follow delivery status

- Handle quality-related matters

- Communicate regularly with customers

2. Develop new customers in the South Vietnam market.

3. Develop and evaluate new suppliers.

4. Achieve assigned sales targets in the South area and track sales performance.

5. Prepare sales-related documents in accordance with ISO and IATF standards.

6. Support requests from HQ, including:

- Arranging meetings with customers

- Supporting business trips and customer visits

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

8. Coordinate closely with the factory and cross-functional teams to streamline production and delivery processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

- College degree or above (minimum 2-year college program).

- Basic English or Japanese communication skills:

+ Ability to write emails

+ Ability to read and understand contracts

+ Ability to communicate with Japanese colleagues/clients

- Experience in sales for mechanical parts (MP parts) is preferred.

- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

- Able to work full-time and focus on company business (no side business).

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
