Safety Officer/Hse

- Prepare HSE documents, procedures, and reports based on project and customer requirements.
- Conduct safety induction and training for employees, newcomers, and subcontractors.
- Inspect site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations, work permits, and internal procedures.
- Review work plans, risk assessments, and job safety analyses before work begins.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including electrical work, working at height, hot work, confined spaces, lifting, pressure equipment, and lockout/tagout.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and follow up corrective actions.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environment, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer or Safety Supervisor at construction or installation sites.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, work permits, and incident investigation.
