Risk & Compliance Team Leader

• Advise on the development and continuous improvement of processes, ensuring the completeness, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Business Assurance (BA) documentation system
• Ensure that all Business Assurance (BA) activities comply with established processes/regulations and meet required output quality
• Advise process owners on defining, measuring, and analyzing service quality KPIs, as well as implementing controls to ensure process compliance
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct compliance monitoring and internal audit activities
• Manage and track the resolution of Nonconformities (NCs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs)
• Prepare and submit periodically reports on the level of compliance with processes/regulations within the BA function
• Propose and implement programs/projects to improve service quality, enhance productivity, or optimize costs for BA function
• Monitor, measure, and periodically report Service Level Agreements (SLAs) (monthly/quarterly) for BA departments
• Receive and handle customer dissatisfaction or incidents related to BA services
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in quality management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) specialist, including a minimum of 2 years in a Team leader role; good understanding of Business Assurance operations
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
• Knowledge of statistical tools and data analysis for periodic and ad-hoc reporting
• Knowledge of ISO 20000-1, CMMI, ITIL, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 42001 is an advantage
• Holding Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification for the above ISO standards is an advantage

• Strong planning, organizing, coordinating, and reporting skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good English proficiency (TOEIC 650 or equivalent); Japanese language is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
