Reward Design & Management Manager (Dong Nai/ Vinh Phuc)

A. Reward Design

• Design and update job architecture, job leveling, and grading framework.

• Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity

• Maintain job catalogue and job architecture database

B. Benefits Management & Welfare Programs

• Design, review, and update benefit programs (insurance, allowances, meal, housing, leave, welfare)

• Benchmark benefits against industry trends and internal needs

C. Reward Communication & Stakeholder Support

• Create communication materials for salary structure, bonus guidelines, and TR policies

• Support to train on TR processes

D. HR Policies, Compliance

• Develop and maintain TR-related policies, SOPs, and guidelines

E. Other jobs assigned by Total reward Sr. Manager, Head of HR&GA

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in C&B, total reward roles.

• Manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-site operations is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools; Power BI is a plus.
