Retail Support Desk - Supermarket

1. Using Task Management software to arrange the daily workflows
2. Troubleshooting incident which include retail merchandising and stock management
3. Develop business procedures, policies and standards
4. Actively coordinate among UK stores, Warehouse, Logistics, Marketing dept., CS dept., HR dept., IT dept) to support each other’s to achieve the best sale rates and solve issues (if any)
5. Manage Product BBD, Wastage, Loss and Stolen
6. Monitor the operation and maintenance all facilities system such as electricity appliances, fridges, freezer, aircons, fire protection system, building services, shelving, vans/ truck/ fork lift etc
7. Coordinate with UK Staffs to ensure all the problems related to facilities are fixed properly at soonest to prevent for any business interruption.
8. Establish and implement preventive maintenance programme following the master plan and manage annual maintenance contracts of vendors including but not limited to daily following up to ensure team implement properly.
9. Support new store opening by coordinating with Project and Design Team to ensure all the facilities are in place and fully operation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in BA/Supply Chain/ International Business.
• Fluency in English
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Working Time: Mon-Fri 13h00-21h00
