Retail Operations Supervisor

Job Purpose

Lead retail operations and field execution across all sales channels to ensure excellent in-store visibility, merchandising compliance, effective campaign execution, and support sell-out growth through strong retail performance and team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations

• Manage day-to-day retail operations across all channels.

• Ensure consistent execution of retail standards and merchandising guidelines.

• Monitor in-store visibility, display quality, and brand compliance.

• Ensure timely execution of all retail initiatives.

2. Sell-out Performance

• Monitor sell-out performance by channel, region, and key accounts.

• Track retail KPIs and identify performance gaps.

• Work closely with Sales to develop action plans that improve sell-out.

• Evaluate store performance and recommend improvement initiatives.

3. Field Team Management

Lead and develop the field team, including:

• PG Leader

• Merchandisers

Responsibilities include:

• Work allocation and scheduling

• Performance management

• Coaching and development

• KPI tracking

• Regular field visits

4. Store Execution

4.1 Ensure execution excellence for:

Product Display/ Planogram Compliance/ POSM Installation/ Demo Area/ Price Tag Accuracy/

Promotion Visibility/ Product Availability

4.2 Conduct regular store audits and follow up corrective actions.

5. Flagship Store Operations

Work closely with the PG Leader to ensure effective operation of flagship stores, including:

• Sales performance

• Customer experience

• Visual merchandising

• Store standards

• Event execution

6. Campaign Execution

Lead retail execution & coordinate closely with Trade Marketing to ensure flawless

implementation.

7. Retail Reporting

• Weekly Retail Report

• Sell-out Analysis

• Retail KPI Dashboard

• Store Audit Report

• Competitor Update

• Execution Status Report

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketin

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

• 4-5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Trade Marketing or Field Sales.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing field teams (PG, Merchandisers, Retail Supervisors).

• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances or FMCG is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willing to travel frequently.

Work Location

Ho Chi Minh City: 182 Le Dai Hanh Street, Phu Tho Ward (formerly District 11)

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM, or Work From Home (WFH) as assigned by the Manager.
