Restaurant Manager (Pre - Opening)

• Provides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to team members.
• Oversees daily operations of designated outlets and ensures compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Plans manpower and schedules according to business demands.
• Manages daily operations of In-Room Dining and Amenities requests.
• Manages operations of Banquet and Event requests.
• Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and cost control.
• Manage and control operating equipment, utensils, assets, inventories of goods and other items within assigned areas; conduct regular inspections and propose replacement or additional purchases based on operational needs.
• Mentor and guide individual team members’ growth and identify short to long-term goals to ensure high employee engagement and welfare.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• High school education; University Diploma will be an advantage.
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Good working knowledge of POS Micro, MC and Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; other languages are a plus.
