F&B Attendant

• Prepare mise-en-place, dining setup and service stations before operating hours according to hotel standards.
• Clean, sort and properly store restaurant equipment, utensils, chinaware, glassware and operating supplies.
• Greet guests warmly, escort and seat guests appropriately according to operational standards.
• Present menus, explain menu items and provide recommendations when required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate orders clearly to the Kitchen and Bar teams.
• Set up, refill and clear buffet stations according to operational standards.
• Assist in In-Room Dining operations including order taking, tray setup and food delivery when required.
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during service operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Restaurants, Hotels or Food & Beverage operations is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of Restaurant service standards and basic beverage service.
• Understanding of POS systems and cashier handling procedures.
