Research & Development Intern

- Participate in real-world projects within the department or functional area applied for.
- Support assigned professional tasks under the guidance of managers and mentors.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze information to support departmental activities.
- Collaborate with team members to address real business challenges.
- Contribute ideas and propose improvement solutions within the assigned scope of work.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and development activities designed for interns.
- Report work progress and results as required.
- Comply with Nestlé’s working procedures, quality standards and company policies.

- Fresh Graduate (less than 1 year of experience) or Senior students with GPA from 2.7/4 or equivalent.
- Be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prove good sense of business acumen, critical thinking.
- Fluent in English & communication.
- Available for a 6-month internship period from September 2026.
