[Remote] Customer Service Executive (Japanese + English)

Working Time:Work in shiftsWorking schedule according to company arrangementsAverage working time: 46 hours/week2 days off/week (weekday)What You Will DoSupport merchants and customers to handle order problems in English, Japanese as well as Vietnamese;Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company's services.
Manage and maintain the customer information database;Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Japanese equivalent to N2 level (main languages);Good English communication skills (written & spoken);Must be based in Hanoi/Da Nang/ HCM to support tasks that require onsite presence when needed;Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience;Good communication, self-discipline, and responsibility for work;No prior customer service experience is required;Experience in a similar position is a plus; candidates with experience in F&B or restaurant environments, especially in international or Western-managed settings, or with prior exposure to startup environments, will have an advantage.
