Relocation Service Support (N2 Speaking)

• On-site cargo survey and make quotation (frequent)
• Supervise packing at Japanese customers' residences
• Contact with Japanese customers for consulting company service via email, phone
• Making documents for import / export operations for customers
• Closely coordinate with agents to monitor the handling status of customers’ goods, such as customs clearance, packing schedule, and delivery arrangement.
• Making contracts and Debit note for customers
• Assist in customer care for existing clients and support finding new potential customers.
• Other jobs as required by line manager/BOD

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Gender: F/M; 25 to under 32 years old
• Japanese N2+ (Good written and verbal communication) & English (Conversational level).
• At least 2 years of working experience with JPN (Candidates with a basic understanding of import-export procedures and JPN Customer service will be an advantage)
• Extroverted, can-do spirit, insanely customer-centric, good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and strong in build communicate well with related departments coworker, clients, agents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to deliver value to customers, willing to stand from customers' point of view (mind of customer services)
• Work Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in handling assigned tasks, willing to support flexible tasks.
