• Possess knowledge and experience in IT/Consumer/FMCG industries including management of Omni channels: Channel partners/Resellers, Distributors, Retailers, Online Platforms, System Integrators, Corporates and Institutions.
• Must be familiar with sales channels in Vietnam and preferably with regional experienced.
• Familiarity in channels in emerging markets around the region will be an added advantage.
• Ability to devise and implement marketing strategies/plans to meet sales KPIs using digital and traditional marketing tools/platforms.
• Ability to strategize, plan, budget and achieve sales and marketing KPIs deliverables.
• Ability to build and manage/lead a strong sales and marketing team eventually once proven.
• Salaries will be commensurate with experience.

• Relevant work experience in sales (including but not essential for e-commerce) within the high-technology product segment, including digital and social platforms.
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Good project management skills, effective and able to work within budget and market-driven.
• High energy and comfort level towards working in a fast-paced, matrix organisation environment.
• Good charisma & interpersonal skills with a positive disposition.
• Possess strong leadership; lead by example.
• Ability to travel at short notice.
• Preferably with own transport. (allowance provided)

• Salary: 30,000,000 - 50,000,000 (open to negotiate) 
• Direct report to Sales Manager (Singapore)
