Recruitment & Training Staff (Shuttle Bus Running in Hanoi)

• Responsible for recruitment (40%), training (40%), and other tasks assigned by the manager (20%).

• Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for support staff, production staff, and practical engineers, as well as preparing various reports.

• Responsible for training: responsible for training and managing training records (orientation training, internship training, etc.), processing payments, and responding to audits when required.

• Assisting with other HR tasks: reporting events, managing budgets, etc., as requested by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduate from university, prefer majors of: Human Resources Management /Economics

• 3 years of experience in recruitment/training in Manufacturing companies (Size >500)

• Knowledge of labor law

• Careful, meticulous, good logical thinking

• Good communication skills, able to work under high pressure

• Basic English communication

• Living near the company is preferable
