Procurement Staff (Team Expansion) - Shuttle Bus from Center Hanoi

• Vendor sourcing, analyze quotation, negotiate price + lead time with vendors

• Review pending PR and process contract/ PO as required.

• Manage purchase orders within the ERP system in a timely manner

• Review delivery against the orders.

• Cooperate with related department and vendors to solve quality problem (if purchased items face quality problem)

• Make payment request

• Update data for purchasing control report

• Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes if necessary

• Other jobs as required

Yêu cầu công việc

• Age: 24~35

• Graduate from Economical Universities/Vocational school

• Be able to use either English or Korean.

• Honest/Integrity, Careful character, Hard work

• Knowledge requirement:

• Knowledge in Procurement (Incoterms, negotiation skill, control raw material inventory, delivery performance, etc.)

• Experience in ERP system is an advantage

• Knowledge in handling PO/forecast data

• Knowledge in contract processing
