- Post job openings on the Resort’s official recruitment channels, job boards, social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, and hospitality community groups.
- Track, compile, and conduct initial screening of incoming CVs based on recruitment criteria for different departments.
- Prepare interview rooms and welcome candidates attending in-person interviews at the Resort.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Assist with new hire onboarding procedures.
- Provide logistical support for recruitment events and job fairs.
- Support internal employee engagement activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Recruitment team.

- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Passionate about Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and recruitment platforms.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR activities is an advantage.
