- Coordinate training room setups, equipment, and training materials.
- Assist in designing visually engaging training materials, posters, digital banners, and presentation slides using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
- Help update department noticeboards and internal newsletters to promote upcoming learning programs and cultural events.
- Assist in planning and organizing staff events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Support the implementation and coordination of internship programs and trainee engagement activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Learning & Development team.

- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields.
- Interested in Learning & Development and employee engagement.
- Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and other basic design tools.
- Creative, organized, and able to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
