Recruitment Executive

1. Recruitment

• Receive hiring requests from departments and develop recruitment plans based on workforce needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT positions (including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Back Office,...)
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels, post job advertisements, and conduct resume screening.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct candidate communications throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment progress and prepare hiring reports for management.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and HR documentation.

2. Other HR Operations

• Facilitate onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and handover to relevant departments.
• Support the coordination of internal training and employee development programs.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and culture-building initiatives.
• Support internal communication activities and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support other HR-related activities and projects as assigned by the line manager.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for both IT and non-IT positions is preferred.
• Experience in mass hiring for Sales or similar functions is a strong advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) 
• Workplace: No.45-57, Tran Xuan Soan, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi (From Monday to Friday: 9h -17h)
