Recruitment Consultant Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market & Talent mapping

• Mapping talents & market for job orders assigned

Job order delivery

• Searching candidates for assigned job orders

• Phone screening candidates

• Complete candidate’s assessments

• Coordinate the interview between clients and candidates if needed

Market search & Business Development

• Research market information & industry knowledge when assigned

• Handle initial calls for clients assigned from hotline

System management

• Upload candidates resume into CRM system

Service contract

• Support on preparing service contracts when assigned working closely with line manager and legal

Others

• Support internal & external events

• Other tasks when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate students

• Final year student from relevant background

• Previous internship exposure in a corporate environment is required, preferably in Customer Service, Business Development, Human Resources, Manufacturing, or Service Operations.

• Good command of English.

• Careful at work, highly responsible, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Passionate about building a career in the professional service industry.

• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.

• Ability to communicate with others clearly and confidently

• Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus

• Leader/Member of Student Clubs/Associations is a plus.

• Great team player

• Result driven

• Proficient in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
