Recruitment Consultant Intern

- Support in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases).
- Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments of potential candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and consultants.
- Assist with market mapping, talent research, and client insights for different industries.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Prepare weekly reports and summaries for consultants and team leads.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

- Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English (reading & writing).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job platforms is a plus.
