Welcome & engage the customers at Apple
Understanding the customer’s required services
Adhere the Apple ASP (Authorized Service Provider) policy to inspect the Device,
Listen to customer device issues and follow the ASP guidelines to accept /reject the device.
Conclude the device warranty status and course of action,
Upkeep the customer's records soft and hard copies.
Be responsible for customer's payment  process and cash/ card payment handling.
Securing the faulty devices to process the claims
Learn and upkeep the apple product knowledge and service eligibility criteria.
Daily reporting of service activities.
Maintain good house keeping for front desk area.
Daily cash collection and reporting.
Daily devices/ spare parts receipt and delivery management with logistic partners.
Other tasks assigned by the management.
Yêu cầu:
From 1 years of experience in Warranty Reception, Customer Service, or Customer Care
(Preference given to candidates who have worked at tech or electronic retail chains).
Graduated in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of electronics, hardware, and Apple products.
Basic English communication skills; clear and friendly communication, with the ability to handle situations and resolve complaints.
Prior experience in Coordination, Customer Service, Warranty, or Documentation
Management is a strong plus.
Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Quyền lợi:
Salary US$300 - 350 per month, negotiable upon suitability
13th month/bonus etc depending on performance of the Company and the individual staff
SI Contribution subject to Vietnam Labor Code
Free uniforms provided.

Company Branch, Apple ASC (Authorized Service Center)
Crescent Mall, Tôn Dật Tiên St, Tan My Ward, HCMC
Time working:
Mon to Sat (9.00 am to 6.00 pm) and middle break (1 hour and)
