Junior Onsite IT Support Engineer – Retail Support

Provide onsite technical support for POS devices, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
Install, configure, and reinstall applications as required.
Coordinate incident escalation to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Record and update incidents in the ticketing system.
Ensure compliance with SLA commitments and service quality standards.
Support store openings, IT deployments, and other project activities as assigned.
Deliver professional and timely IT support to end users across assigned retail locations.
Yêu cầu:
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years of hands-on experience in the IT support field.
Experience supporting retail stores, chain stores, or branch office environments is highly preferred.
Primary experience in
POS device support, including troubleshooting POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, payment devices, and related peripherals.
Experience providing onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices
(iPhone/iPad), printers, and other IT equipment.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, LAN/Wi-Fi networking, and application troubleshooting.
Familiar with incident management, ticketing systems, and escalation procedures.
Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently while providing excellent customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English reading and communication skills are preferred.
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Willing to travel within the assigned support region.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting retail organizations such as supermarkets, convenience stores, fashion retailers, or other multi-branch environments.
Knowledge of POS software and retail IT operations.
